Enhanced cleaning measures:
PAAN CASA is committed to caring for the health and well-being of its employees and customers and playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. The company continues to observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Our uses the “Clean, Safe and Ready” system to ensure the well-being of employees and customers, cleaning high touch surface areas as frequently.
Additional precautions:
PAAN CASA is also taking precautions for every employee that works in its stores to protect them and their customers. Prior to beginning every shift, all team members complete a pre-check, including safety precautions such as taking their temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. Employees are also required to wear facial coverings and hand gloves during their shifts and continue to frequently wash their hands. 20sec hand wash is required for each employee every 30 mins.
Safety Protocols:
We respectfully request customers follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting our store. As we continue to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and customers, we have temporarily closed our seating area to the public, we also follow social distancing in our stores.
Seating temporarily closed:
We respect our customers and we would love them to seat and enjoy the Paan Casa experience fullest, but safety is first and hence we have temporarily closed dine-in facility.
Home Delivery:
At this point, we have fully enabled our Home Delivery facility and option in the area where permitted, home delivery is available through our delivery partners, Zomato and Swiggy, we have also have delivery option directly from our store number.
Contactless Pickup:
We have a safety measure in place for 100% contact less pick up option, just place an order on the phone and can be picked up from Paan Casa without any contact with our employee.
